Posting on behalf of a friend. Newly diagnosed, newly medicated, asked to come back for review of medication in 2 weeks but booked out for 5 months. Practice doesn't care and on cancelation list now for a month. Medication only given for a month has now run out with another 4 months to go before appointment. How is this appropriate care? Mind blown with lack of coordination of books for a current patient being newly medicated and lack of care from the practice. Practice manager especially rude. Karen has been an absolute life changer and should be commended. I am Ex Army with all the expected bumps due to that course of career choice. Have been struggling for years going through multiple speacalist who have honest mis diagnosed and failed to hear me.
