I was given an incorrect lab order THREE times from this office. I was given lab orders that I took with me to get blood drawn and upon arrival to my appointment it was discovered that the forms did not have my correct insurance information. I called the office, they said they would email me new orders and never got back to me. I called again requesting the correct order. I would and have recommend Dr. Yeo to others. She has been my physician for over fifteen years. She is kind, caring and totally professional. She always listens to my "complaints" and asks many questions to get to the heart of the matter. She is willing to try to recommend solutions and referrals to specialists if needed. She knows her patients well and is a great doctor. Throughout different jobs, I have prayed she would be in my insurances network, so that I might continue to see her.
I would recommend Dr. Yeo as your primary physician. Love that she really listens to her patients.
Very condenscending lacking "bedside manners" which trickles to her staff. Lacks concern for patients well being.
