5 stars isn't enough honestly. Dr. Patel and the staff are all absolutely amazing. Understanding, compassionate, professional, gentle, friendly and knowledgeable and prompt are just the best way to describe this office. So happy with my decision to go with Dr Patel and staff! I can definitely understand why clients drive hours.
Dr. Patel has been my dentist for years the first to ever make me not afraid to be seen. Just drove 3 hours today to see him because he moved from the Myrtle beach area BUT I do not trust anybody else with my teeth so the drive is worth it. There a plenty of skilled dentists out there to choose from. But with Dr. Patel and his team, you get more then skill, you get approachable down to earth people, a calm and peaceful environment to be seen in. You get a doctor that wants the best for you and your smile more then he wants your money. Dr Patel and his team are a group of genuine people who make going to the dentist feel like less of a chore!
Patients with dental anxiety - take note! This office is made up of the most sincere and caring team. Im not sure going to the dentist has ever made me smile with happiness. Until now! I had not been to a dentist in 8 years due to severe anxiety. Today I went, and Dr. Patel, Amanda who does X-rays, Michelle the receptionist and Michelle the hygienist, were all so reassuring and gentle.
