I went in there once. The first and only question I was asked was "What are you addicted to?" I don't have any addictions aside from cigarettes, and said as much. I mentioned that I was looking for a prescription refill for my antidepressant. I was told point blank that they had no spaces available. The addict who came in after me (not a patient either) was told to sit and the Doctor would be with him shortly. If this place could get less than 1 star that would still be too high a score.
Dr. Arnold has provided the best possible care and commitment for thorough diagnosis and treatment, for going on eight years, and I will truly miss the pleasant experience of having her as my family practitioner and mentor during my road to sobriety over the last seven years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are a blessing to the community and your dedication to quality care for all is respected by many, not just in the DTES, but worldwide. May your journeys be safe, and your future blessed...Thank You...Doctor.
Dr Arnold has been my GP since she arrived at dchc and took over for Dr Hall. Dr. Karen Arnold is a genuinely caring person and is one of the most thorough and dedicated Dr's I've ever had. She does her very best to accommodate and provides client centred care. Highly recommended!
