I've been going to Dr. Architect for a couple of years. I've never been particularly happy there, but nothing too terrible. She always seemed more interested in selling supplements and talking about her weight loss program than anything else. I realize she has to make a living though, so this didn't bother me too much. Dr. Karen is great, but be aware that filling out the mental health questionnaire ipad will bill your insurance $280 extra as a Psychological Test. My insurance then billed me $80 additional dollars, just for filling out the questionnaire. I reached out to them to ask about why I wasn't informed about the additional costs and they ignored my requests. UPDATE: attached is proof that I was charged for a psychological evaluation which was the mental health screening ipad they hand to you before your appointment.
Dr. Architect and her staff are outstanding. She is a compassionate provider who listens attentively, follows up diligently, and spends quality time with each patient without ever rushing. Her genuine care for patients’ well-being shines through. I highly recommend Dr. Architect to anyone tired of impersonal healthcare.
Exellent doctor. I feel as though she really listens to my concerns, doesn't make me feel silly for asking questions, and offers multiple solutions/remedies. I couldn't ask for any better!
