Fine clinic if you need a same day appointment, but they do not honestly tell you about wait times. I was told I'd been seen "shortly," both times with over 40 minute wait. The staff hangs out outside the doors and gossips. Also, I've met the doctor one time out of four and that's because I asked to see her. All in all, go somewhere else if you can plan. If you can't plan, this will get the job done.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER. She has to be one of the rudest doctor's I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional, in my opinion I feel she needs to select a new career..

Business response:

Because MedColumbus accepts patients without screening for what problem they would like to be seen for, we have many patients that come with a list of medications that they expect to have filled (often narcotics, controlled medications and tranquilizers). If they do not receive what they demand, they become angry. Unfortunately for them, medical care is not McDonalds and you cannot always get what you order!!

Has turned into an awful clinic. They refuse to give actual care. If you need actual health care go somewhere else. Want to be lied to, put in a bad place time and time again, and be lied to then perfect place for you. Only good for drug tests. One word sums it up. Ghetto

Business response:

Because we see many patients on a walk in basis, we see many people that are doctor shopping. We have many patients and families that use our office for both their primary care and their urgent care needs. Not sure what this patient was referring to regarding being lied to and "put in a bad place" but I hope they find what they are looking for at another facility.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend to anyone. I had over an hour wait before doctor came to see me even though I had an appointment. Blood work took over an hour to get done because no one is capable of sticking you. They stuck me 5 times before getting blood. I now receive bill from them with wrong codes and my insurance won't pay for half the tests that were done.

Business response:

We do take patients on a walk in basis in addition to performing work physicals and drug screening so things can get busy depending on when you arrive. The downside is sometimes a patient may have a wait; the upside is that a patient can usually be seen the same day which is something many offices cannot offer. Our office policy is to not stick a patient more than twice - we would typically write an order for bloodwork to be obtained at the hospital if needed.
