As usual I call all 3 locations last week and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I get a text back but when I ask to talk to someone no one calls. The service has gone DOWN HILL over the past few years. I was trying to pay a bill as well, but I guess they don't want my money as I am taking what I owe them and getting a new Dermatologist.
My husband, child and I did not like her personality but in addition to that I asked 2x about a spot that hurt on my nose and she said don’t worry about it. I went for a second opinion and the Dr. said I needed the spot removed that I was concerned about. I know many of my friends like her, but I would never recommend her.
