As usual I call all 3 locations last week and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I get a text back but when I ask to talk to someone no one calls. The service has gone DOWN HILL over the past few years. I was trying to pay a bill as well, but I guess they don't want my money as I am taking what I owe them and getting a new Dermatologist.
My husband, child and I did not like her personality but in addition to that I asked 2x about a spot that hurt on my nose and she said don’t worry about it. I went for a second opinion and the Dr. said I needed the spot removed that I was concerned about. I know many of my friends like her, but I would never recommend her.
This is my second time seeing Dr. Karan Sra and her assistant Cassi . I couldn’t be more pleased with her attention to detail and making sure that she has addressed all my concerns about my skin. Thank you for your sweet bed side manner and your concern for your patients.
Saw Dr Sra last week and let me tell you... she is amazing. The new office is beautiful and so spacious and the front desk staff were so nice! I would definitely recommend Bayou City Dermatology to anyone.
