Dr Grewl was very dismissive and disinterested both times I went—the appointment maybe lasted 2 minutes. I had to go back for the same issue and hoped the first visit was just a bad day but he was worse…and didn’t fix the issue. When I went to a new doctor they were confused by his instructions and medication. The new doctor was able to instantly fix my problem. This was the worst interaction I’ve had with a doctor, I felt as though I was impeding on his day or something.

I had a great experience during my urgent care visit. Dr. Grewal was an excellent listener, took the time to understand my concerns, and patiently walked me through all the options. I did not feel rushed, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left feeling informed and well cared for—definitely a great experience!
