the insurance lady who verifies is the worst, she cannot verify my insurance and she is rude. I know she is lying that my insurance is active because i spoke to a BCBS shield rep.
Doesn't do any tests on patients with the excuse that medical history hasn't been received waste of time, no attention to patient symptoms, basically saw him over several months and he didn't even up the dosage on meds, not caring or intelligent, basically he did nothing. Find another doctor.
