Dr. Narayana is great. He is knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and will spend as much time with you as needed to address your needs and concerns. He never makes me feel like a bother or like he’s annoyed when I ask questions. The 5 stars is for him and his expertise. Just be aware the Gainesville neurology office staff get 1 stars. My mom saw Dr. Kannan Mysore Narayana the first time I meet him I did not have a good feeling about him. He may be a great Dr but as far as personality and being friendly I did not like that about him. My mom needed to reschedule one of her appointments we have been trying to call and reschedule it for 3 days even left voicemails for them to return our call and have yet to hear from anyone.
Dr. Kannan Narayana is an excellent physician of Neurology / Ophthalmology!! He helped me greatly when I was battling diplopia and was unable to drive. He also helped me with the accompanying dizziness. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these type services, OR who need General Neurology. He’s very personable, extremely qualified, , and spends sufficient time with his patients, making sure they are comfortable. I was glad to see him (initially) after realizing he had previously worked at Emory.
