I have an elderly father who has suffered more than 20 surgeries and is in dier need of pain management. This office has not only neglected his pain management by dropping the ball on important medical insurance documentation that hindered him receiving relief in a timely manner (the clinic has constantly rescheduled and canceled appointments) and not properly communicated with him, they have denied him the right to see other doctors due to Dr. Murphy being in charge of other doctors, stating the reason being that my father'... read more
TERRIBLE. They make you sign a legal agreement that they control your medication, thus indicating they control your pain levels. My wife has been in a wheelchair more often than ever after starting with Dr. Chapman. Patty and Laura make it very obvious they are only there for a paycheck. Avoid at all costs.
Dr. Kanishka Monis is an excellent pain management dr, always very thorough and very considerate. Always wants to make sure he has addressed all your pains and goes out of his way to do so. I would NOT go to anyone else, been seeing him for almost 9 years. If he can't help you, he will tell you!
I would recommend him to anyone who is having any type of pain. He is very compassionate and humble. He never rushes his patients. He takes time to listen and answer any questions. Dealing with Dr. Monis is like dealing with trusted family!
