Extremely disappointing experience with this practice. The front desk staff is by far the most unprofessional I have encountered, and unfortunately my experience with Dr. Kanika Bipat was no better. I had been a patient at this office for years. I needed medical paperwork completed that specifically required the physician’s signature not the PA’s. Dr. Bipat and her team have provided excellent care for myself for many years. She listens and doesn’t rush your care. Having an autoimmune disease, I’ve always felt like a priority to her when needing to schedule or advice. I would highly recommend her practice!
Excellent care
Very knowledgeable and thinks outside of the box to solve your needs. Takes the time to get to know you and understand your situation. Great with seniors and her staff call you every month for a check-in to see if you need any medication or have seen any other doctors since your last visit. The office is a little outdated and a lot of papers to sign-in. Otherwise I give her 5 ⭐️’s.
Dr. Bipat is a great doctor! The appointments are always on time and it's rare that I have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Bipat listens closely to any medical issues/symptoms I have, and is fast and thorough when diagnosing. She is also very wise. The front desk staff are amazing, wonderful and very respectful young ladies, there very caring and loving towards there patients. I don't see myself ever going anywhere else. I'm very satsified.
