Have visited this office 5 or so times. Every time has been bad. PRIVACY CONCERNS: Patient's names and weights and STI test panels are read out loud, emails spelled out loud, for everyone in the office to hear, which is totally inappropriate and a privacy violation. Paperwork is often left face up for other patients to see. TAX FRAUD? The office only accepts copay via Zelle or cash. Why?? Any reputable doctor's office should accept card payment. When, I started going to see Dr. Katapadi, I needed a New PCP. My mother was already her patient and recommended me. As I met her, I immediately like. She has a great approach to her patients and clear communication across the board. I am still her patient and what I Love most about her is she genuinely cares about her patients.
