I made an appointment with Dr. Jensen for an appoint for an annual physical for my wife and I. After the physical and tests I received bills for the exam which was covered by my insurance. Dr. Jensen did not bill my insurance but me. I called the office and they informed me that the Dr. Would amend his billing. A few days later I called the office again and they said that Dr. Jensen would not amend his bill because my wife and I didn't answer some questions. We answered all questions asked!
