If I can put one Start I would . Staff is so unprofessional, waiting time in the new office is Ridiculous you have to call them back to send the referrals , after it’s been approved for a whole month. Dr. Kamyar doesn’t care about his patients.
Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office! The appointment scheduling was awful—I was put on hold for 30 minutes. The audiologist seemed entry-level. It took three visits plus repeated requests before I was finally seen by the doctor. Overall, a terrible experience. Not recommended at all
I don't ever post anything but I had to now. WORST experience ever with this Doctor....I've been going to him for almost 2 months now and I was scheduled for a laryngoscopy but didnt perform it as expected. Ive been going to my PCP Doctor and ER and they have diagnosis me with GERD/acid reflux. I've been having panic attacks and difficulty swallowing solid food for over 2 months now. Doctors a great surgeon. Office staff is incapable of simple tasks do not listen to instructions. Sally at the office is the most incompetent person I have yet to meet on planet earth. She was answering emails that dont belong to her. Then tells us we need to come to the office for the form since it's a hippa violation to send back via email. We drove to the office thats on google maps and the office we visited prior to operation and there was a note on the door with a new address that was 40 minutes away. She never once men... read more
I tried for 30 minutes to make an appointment, but the staff put me on hold for an extended period and eventually hung up on me. That, combined with the terrible reviews, means I will find another doctor.
