I have been a loyal patient at the Pilot Point location for the past four years, I just receive an outstanding bill for over $400.00 that dates to 2022. I changed insurance providers about a year ago and it seems that the staff at Premier Independent Physicians did not process my claims from my previous insurance provider and instead of trying to go back to them for payment they decided to come to me to pay for there mistake.
