I never did the review thing before but as of late I have started, good or bad, and despite a 4.9 star rating, my experience was unpleasant. I waited several months to see this doctor, both my mother and I, because he unfortunately had a family emergency the day before our appointments. They could have put us with someone else, certainly, but they didn't and we waited. When we finally got to see him, he diagnosed me with a collapsed nasal valve and upper airway restriction syndrome. Booked appointment online, took two months to find an appointment & the office was closed. Zero information provided on this, what a waste of time when I could have found another provider who has the professionalism to let me know that their office would be closed.
Working with Dr Kamran Jafri has been a great experience especially with the knowledge and comfort they provide every time working with them. They made me feel at ease and good plan layout which has helped. The staff are always so welcoming and also just a positive experience
I have not been sleeping well for years. My doctor recommended seeing Dr. Jafri and I am so glad! I had a sleep study done and Dr. Jafri just provided me the results. Turns out I have mild sleep apnea. He provided me 3 different options to improve my sleep through a virtual meeting. Together we decided the best course of action. Dr. Jafri is extremely professional, and treats you like a human being at the same time. The whole experience has been great so far. If you have sleep issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Jafri!
