GOT CANCELED 3 TIMES FOR THE STRESS TEST !!!
The sleep study office has some issues. I had two email reminders about my upcoming appointment and when I arrived, I was told I didn't need to be seen that day. I drove from out of town! I didn't even really get an apology. On top of that, the office staff person I dealt with seemed irritated with me because I couldn't understand the lingo and couldn't hear her properly. The professional staff were all very nice, but I'm not happy with some of the office staff at all. Beyond that, they really need to brighten up the office.... read more
I have known the practice for 25 years. Myself, and my PARENTS have always received the best of care.
Place is a joke to get a hold of. Their views suck if I suggested anything. Find another doctor.
Staff is extremely rude. Staff makes up own rules . Doctor does not care nor takes time to hear patient concerns nor hears you about your own information and puts whatever they want. Also doctor expressed don't have time for late afternoon questions cause she has to be at hospital (not patients problem as a doctor you make the appointment time to hear any n all concerns).
