Place is a joke to get a hold of. Their views suck if I suggested anything. Find another doctor.
Staff is extremely rude. Staff makes up own rules . Doctor does not care nor takes time to hear patient concerns nor hears you about your own information and puts whatever they want. Also doctor expressed don't have time for late afternoon questions cause she has to be at hospital (not patients problem as a doctor you make the appointment time to hear any n all concerns). My husband had been coming here since late last year trying to get his sleep apnea taken care of and between the staff and doctors, nothing was happening. The frustration we experienced led us to having to seek help elsewhere and we were able to accomplish in mere weeks what this place couldn’t in 8 months. Genuinely astounded by the lack of care and professionalism at this place. You are better off saving $5-600 for an independent sleep study down the hill. Would give zero stars if I could.
I had a very disappointing experience with this sleep study clinic. I was seen for a follow-up appointment that they scheduled without obtaining proper authorization for my care. At no point did they clearly confirm coverage or ensure everything was approved before proceeding. Now I’m left with a bill that I was not prepared for and cannot easily afford.
