The guy named max who answers the phone is a condescending and unhelpful please take him off the phone
called this neurology office to ask about becoming a new patient. The interaction started poorly. The person who answered the phone spoke with an attitude and sounded irritated from the start. Front desk staff represent the entire practice. Tone matters, especially in a specialty office where people already feel anxious or vulnerable. A dismissive or rude phone interaction creates immediate distrust. I chose not to schedule care here based on this experience.
