I had an appt today, follow up on a ultrasound. When I got there I was told I had to wait outside. No patients were allowed in the office. It was 100 degrees. No shade no chairs. I was supposed to sit in my car. Three other patients were waiting outside. Said they had been waiting an hour. I cancelled and asked if they could send me copy of the results. THE WORST DOCTOR I EVER VISITED FROM THE FILTHY RUG TO WAITING 6 WEEKS TO SEE HIM WHEN I TOLD HIM MY PROMBLEMS HE LAUGHED SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR YOUR BETTER OFF SEEING A VET

The worst medical office experience! The office personnel is arrogant and do not take any responsibility for their actions. Careless liars that should be fired ASAP and go get some medical office clerk degree to learn how to deal with people with heart problems and how important it is for patients to stay calm and don't get nervous about stupid office workers couple days before heart surgery! This office should be reported to HIPPA!
