My boyfriend was hospitalized at Atrium Cabarrus for nearly a week for severe abdominal pain and vomiting caused by pancreatitis complications. The day he was discharged he was still throwing up and in pain, could not keep food down at all. Dr. Mitchell did not care and said he could do nothing else to help him and discharged him that day against the recommendations of 3 other specialists.
