1) On 3 occasions they messed up Rx refill. Staff shrugged, took no action to resolve. Just another like Insurance Denied. I called insurance. Multiple requests to staff for reauthorization went ignored. Staff argues with me that it wasn't necessary as if I was lying. I had to get staff an insurance on a 3-way and insist they figure it out NOW. 2) Twice, Dr held a signed medical clearance for upcoming surgery, but it wasn't never sent. He has been very good to me. He put in a stent after finding a blockage. Would recommend anytime.
