I’m very disappointed in the recent service. My sister came to you because you’re supposed to be the best. I flew in for the appointment so that should tell you how important it was. They didn’t have her paperwork or test results. My sister does most of the work herself and sends everything to them and even guides them on how to get the proper information. Dr. Sharma is the absolute best! She's very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens and provides the best care for your medical needs. I have been a patient for years and my health has improved greatly.
I made an appointment, waited 3 hours then rescheduled for another day, came back another day, wait was going to be 2 hours, cancelled appointment, made another appointment online, for early morning, confirmed appointment TWICE, when I got there, they didn’t have my appointment and said I needed to reschedule AGAIN, because they couldn’t see me.
