Dr. Maddali is always professional and warm her staff is consistent as her tech Nicco has been with her over 5 years. They are professional and efficient. They remember your teeth and even set goals for improvement. My vitamin D is now monitored and they are not a drill, baby drill office. They will when necessary but there are no unnecessary procedures for a quick money grab. You are not rushed and she even mentors high school students to support the community. Simply put best dentist ever.
Best Dental doctor you could ever get, if you are relatively new visiting dentists, I would strongly suggest Dr. Maddali.
worst service, and no follow up from the doctor or his team. i had to call multiple times, and they still haven't called.
This doctor and the office is a disaster. If you want to chase your tail and get lied to then go ahead and use them. They claimed they sent out a pre-athorization request to my insurance and it got rejected. They gave me the run around for two months and when I called my insurance the agent told me there was never a preauthorisation submitted by the doctors. The receptionist never calls back when she says she will and the office is literally a disaster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.
