My (22) daughter has severe RA. She moved and needed a new Dr so we chose this office because of the online reviews and location. However, the head nurse has repeatedly been condescending and dismissive making the whole encounter useless. Today she came in to show how to use the new medication, said "I have nothing to show you", and left. They never even gave the pre-authorization for the medication so the pharmacy canceled it but they keep scheduling new appointments.... For what? Great, great doctor! So kind and attentive. Her nurse, Gabby is super professional and competent. Even while computers have been down, Gabby and the whole staff have been so professional and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a Rheumatologist!
I appreciate the care I have with Dr Hatti. This has been a difficult condition for me to navigate but I feel heard and I know she is giving me great care. It’s a great office and I always get seen on time and don’t feel rushed ever. Staff is great!
