I’ve been seeing Dr Patel for about 1 year, and I’m pleased with his level of compassion, and professionalism. His only downside is he’s not opened on the weekend. He’s knowledgeable, attentive and overall a great doctor…..
Staff is rude, closing at 6pm but they are taking last patient until 5.45, I was traveling to office for 10 miles and my gps is showing 3 min away which will be 5.46pm. So tried to call them to say iam 3 min away as per my gps. They lift the call and put it aside at 5.43pm, I reached office and lady nurse just closed door. I knocked and requested to her and said I tried to you at 5.43 to say iam 3 min away but she didn’t even care about it. She should have considered me because I called at 5.43 and saying 1 min late for 5.45... read more
