The MOST unprofessional practice. I felt disrespected by both Doctor and front desk woman (white, short, older woman) are super disrespectful, condescending and unethical… I had an appointment booked for 12:45pm-1:00pm I was running late so I made sure to call the practice and give them a heads up I’ll be 5min behind. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent experience with your office. After a lapse of four years, I scheduled an appointment and received consistent email reminders leading up to the date. Consequently, I took a day off from work and drove for 40 minutes to your location. Upon arrival, I was informed that Dr. K. Raichura is no longer my physician. I’m not even giving this doctor a 1 star ! Absolutely horrible service and doctor all around. A lot of undetected health issues that was never solved or even a call back and told about whatever you do stay far if you want to stay healthy!
