Worst customer service!! Lady at the front desk is very rude also not accommodating for appointment times.. very disappointed. Hopefully one day they will hire competent staff
WORST SERVICE EVER. I would not recommend anybody to get this doctor as a family doctor. Since its hard to get appointment with this doctor we have no option but to go to the walk clinic ( due to our health concern) and when we do , he immediately kicks u out and removes u frm being his patient. The front desk workers do NOT check their voicemail since they say “they have lot of work to do” and are “very busy” when that should be the first thing they should be checking when they start their shift. Dr Raichura has been mine and my family's doctor for approx 15 years. I have always found him to actually listen to whatever issues I've spoken to him about. He is proactive with your health care, punctual and has a pretty good bedside manner.
As a relatively new patient of Dr. Raichura, I have found him to be an attentive listener and thorough and proactive in his approach to my health. As an added bonus, his office staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Phone calls are usually returned same day and appointments are scheduled in a reasonable time frame. On the whole, I am delighted to have found Dr. Raichura and would not hesitate to recommend him.
I need my bloodwork files. I realize I was late but this is still a load of bs. I did check the email after and it said 1130 but originally I was told 1140. Send me everything I need to actually get help for my medical emergency. This is a doctor's office, I've been seeing raichura for a decade, alongside with my father Steven nichol, and now also my mother Theresa Francouer.
