**DO NOT SEE DR. RAICHURA** I wish I could provide a rating less than zero. No attention detail, makes you feel like a burden, does not have his patients interest at heart. I'm not going into detail, because I've already submitted a complaint to the college (where it matters). To all the other negative reviews, please please contact CPSO or nothing will happen. This man does not deserve to be called a doctor. Remove his license immediately.
I have been going to Dr.Rachura for over a decade but haven’t gone much other than a check up here and there until the last year when I hurt my back and he has been amazing. So supportive, understanding and helpful. The staff has changed in the past fee years and I find these new additions much more caring and social than before. Great service and you never wait for than 10 min in a room also i am usually placed in the room right away.
I have been a patient of Dr. Raichura's for many years and I am not easy to deal with because I have chronic pain and multiple medical problems, stemming from a car accident years ago in my 20s. Dealing with chronic pain patients can be very frustrating for doctors and many times I have been dismissed, criticized, insulted or misdiagnosed. Worst customer service!! Lady at the front desk is very rude also not accommodating for appointment times.. very disappointed. Hopefully one day they will hire competent staff
