The incompetence and sub-par patient care at this office is astounding. Currently looking for a different GI doctor for the following reasons... -phone service is horrible, redirecting you to the call center or emergency line even though it is during office hours -definitely woke up before my colonoscopy was finished -the need to contact THEM multiple times over 2 weeks for the new Rx I was told I was being switched to -the fact that they EMAILED me my new Rx and told me to show it to my pharmacist to get it filled even afte... read more
