This office's policy of a call center, instead of office staff picking up the phone is detrimental to the potential service they can provide. My experience has been negative. You are lucky if Dr. Reddy sees you bc it's usually her assistant. She mentioned to prescribe weight loss medication injectable bc it's safer than the pill form. Due to miscommunication btw the call center and herself she now prescribed medication in pill form knowing that the side effects are very dangerous, all bc she does not want to consider other o... read more
Doctor Reddy is wonderful but the staff needs to have more manners and understand ENGLISH
