I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kali Maclsaac for support during perimenopause... I cried during our appointment. I have NEVER felt so seen and listened to by a health professional. When I went to my GP I also cried but because I felt so dismissed and was just told I'm too young. The frustration was real. The amount of gaslighting and dismissing of symptoms women face is unbelievable and I don't think I ever realized how much it was affecting me until I was actually heard by someone. Dr. Kali is amazing. She is a good listener, provides thoughtful explanations, and easy to follow plans to achieving health. I have been seeing Dr. Kali on as an needed basis since my first pregnancy in 2017. She had helped me improve and maintain my physical, physiological, and mental health through this stage of my life. I sleep and eat better, have more energy and strength, and am able to better cope with stress. I highly recommend her.
Dr. MacIsaac has been part of my healthcare team for a few years now and is key in keeping my health on track. She was supporting be well before my pregnancy, during, and now postpartum. She is thorough, knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and is always so pleasant. Dr. MacIsaac is excellent at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a Naturopath.
I have been seeing Dr. MacIssac for just over a year now. My husband and I had been trying to conceive on our own for a few years before a friend referred me to her. She is extremely knowledgeable, I feel at ease and taken care of when I am with her.
