It is my opinion from what I saw and what I heard during our hospital stay that Dr. Shishov disregarded several physicians opinion that my child was having a severe allergic reaction to medication and insisted that it was an infection BEFORE doing a physical exam. These other doctors weren’t allowed to treat my child without consulting with him even though he had never seen my child before and they had. He wasted precious time and ordered my child be given a medication that was suspected to have caused the allergic reaction.... read more

This office is horrific to deal with. You NEVER get to speak to someone in the actual office! You get a "foreign service that has a horrible time understanding English and is difficult to deal with! The office was supposed to refill my Rx. Instead, they sent an old dosage Rx (1x day instead of my updated 2x day). I had an appt with my FNP-C Cherrish Edwards a few days later.
