I've been going to Dr. Kalaiah for over 8 years. He has been very helpful in finding solutions for RA and my health. He has always been kind. I moved to Indiana four years ago, and I continue to drive back for my appointments with Dr Kalaiah. The office staff has always been kind to me.
I started seeing Dr. Mudappa Kalaiah at Rheumatology Associates in Bettendorf, IA around four years ago. He was very clinical, unfriendly, and dismissive. I felt very uncomfortable during my appointments due to his demeanor. I had about four appointments here, and decided I very much did not like my Dr. I asked to be switched to a different doctor at the clinic and was told I ***could not switch doctors***, which I found unbelievable.
