The neurologist with real talent.. thank you Dr. Ma. Only you found my real issue.
Kaiyu Ma says she helps with ADHD that is a false statement. I contacted her and says she can’t help me. I have severe headaches from my ADHD. She has an extremely very rude nurse who actually says “whatever”. I don’t care what kind of day you are having. I’m here trying to talk to the doctor. If you can’t handle the pressure get another job. Chrystal Run should change she helps preppie with disability because she doesn’t nor does she help with headaches.
Dr. Ma is very nice and understanding but she is very inconsistent with prescription refills. Sometimes I have to call 2 weeks straight my get my refill… sometimes it gets filled automatically. I never know what’s going on and it has me considering changing Doctors.
Dr. Ma was very patient with me in our visit and prescribed the correct dose of a medication that has truly been a game changer in my life! I cannot thank Dr. Ma enough for her kindness and expertise. Thank you Dr. Ma!!!
