Dr Kai Lee completely restored my faith in dentists. My previous wisdom tooth removal was a traumatic experience—it took a long time and was really painful. This time, Dr Lee removed my tooth and closed the wound in just 10 minutes. By the next day, I was already able to eat, with no significant swelling like happened before. He did an amazing job—I almost wish I had more wisdom teeth just so he could remove them too! Thanks again, Doctor
Absolutely brilliant at what he does, I was left in trouble by a dentist who couldn't remove a tooth and Kai Lee fitted me in the same day and fixed the problem. In saying that his receptionist needs a few lessons in dealing with people that arrive early. I saw three people, including myself that were asked to come back as they had arrived too early.
Don’t go to this clinic. Dr Kai Lee’s receptionist Tammy Ho was yelling at my Dad while he was driving a 25 meter truck, all because he rescheduled his appointment. He is an interstate truck driver, and he couldn’t show up at the time originally booked. Because of the yelling my Dad was highly distraught and stressed and we decided to not go ahead with the appointment as Tammy Ho is simply unprofessional and abusive in every sense. My wisdom teeth surgery was deemed a 9/10 difficulty. Dr Kai Lee came highly recommended so I travelled across Melbourne for consultations and the surgery. I’m very glad I did. Surgery and recovery went as smooth as I could have imagined. A highly skilled and kind surgeon. Thanks very much, Dr Kai Lee!
Prof Kai Lee is amazing! I had my 4 wisdoms out, under general anaesthesia and even when the anaesthesia wore off my pain the whole recovery was 0/10!!! I only had swelling which was normal but i have no complaints at all! He’s so good that I was back eating to normal Day 5 post recovery (though i was still being careful).
