Horrible dr horrible office. Cant even return a phone call go literally anywhere else
☆☆☆☆ – Heartbroken After Two Years of Trust I’ve been coming to Dr. Kahn’s office in Sturtevant for years and always trusted the care I received. But in 2025, I was told that three visits — one from December 2023, one from February 2024, and one from 2023 — weren’t covered by my insurance. My insurance company explained that it was not my fault and that the office failed to submit the claims on time. This is probably the worst office you can do to for mental health. The office staff, including the manager Kathy, are so rude and unhelpful. Any time I call in about my RX not being called in, like I was told it would be, they treat me like a waste of time and call me a liar. They won't let you get in contact with the Dr about any issues you have, unless you make an appt. Dr. Kahn is an alright Dr, but with Gatekeepers like his office staff, good luck getting the help you really need.
Dr. KHAN has been my doctor for over 15 yrs and is excellent at his job. He's extremely intelligent and listens to his patients concerns and needs. Its a comfortable patient Doctor environment and since stabilizing on meds.hes prescribed I'm finally feeling and functioning better than I have in my entire life. Thank you Dr.Khan and psychiatric services for the level of professionalism and un derstanding you provide to me nd our community. I highly recommend Dr. Kahn to anyone looking for a psych Doctor.
