Doctor hasn’t contacted us since October! Horrible staff and it’s patient abandonment
He is an Amazing Dr and a wonderful Human been very caring, more Doctors should be like him where there is a human Side to medicine and patients feel like a patient and not just a Number . I ve been his patient for almost 9 years and very happy with him as my neurologist .
Dr. Abdelerahman is both my Daughter, JoDee Semrow and my Provider. He has given both JoDee and me exceptional care experiences.
Care is very good. Why 2 stars? The call center needs help. Calling in to make an appointment or for other reasons is terrible. Some hold waits are 30 minutes or more. Un-acceptable. Offer the option for a call back, or a hold time anticipation message, something! Please consider hiring more people.
Dr Abdelerahman is one of the most knowledgeable neurologists I’ve seen for my chronic migraine. He’s very thoughtful when deciding our next course of action for my chronic migraines. He takes into consideration your input and prescribe accordingly. I will highly recommend him.
