I am very pleased with their services. At least until now, since I joined them last October. The staff has been very helpful, the doctors keen to help as well.
They conveniently lose compliant forms, one of their nurses Rachel has an attitude problem and I really don't feel comfortable when I have to go to her appointments. When my complaint finally got through, the manger was more than happy to defend Rachel Old's abusive behaviour.
So glad to be gone from this surgery. Management team is as much use as a wet mop staff is rude. Doctors haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about. They’re not willing to help you in any shape or form. Avoid.
Dr Ostle is the only GP here who i am able to talk to without feeling like im annoying her when i describe my suicidal thoughts, but im tired of being referred to Westpark "Hospital" and hearing absolutely nothing back. soon i will end it all, because my anxiety is not being dealt with and never was dealt with proper.
