I don’t recommend this place. I asked for a certificate for my pre-existing conditions to get out of jury duty during covid 19 and they require an appointment for that. Been a patient for years... have asthma, immune system issues and heart condition.... therefore high risk for covid and still need an appointment. Really disappointing and feels money driven.
