Dr Jude's is a joke. They apparently only have one phone between them in the office which is mental and when you do eventually get in touch with them, they tell you that they can't book appointments and to ring back at 8am. So when you do ring back at 8am you end up with the same problem of spending hours to try to get in touch with them for them so repeat what they said the day before. Whoever owns that building/GP needs to get his priorities straight and sort it out.
Sorted everything really quick, rang them at 12, waited just for about a minute and they answered. Sorted everything within a 5 minutes
This doctors gone to a joke,I've been ringing for months at 0800 no answer as its busy until its not then say u have to call back next day no appointments available get rid of the dot cottons we may be lucky since dr gallahagan had the surgery in dorrit Street then taken over and moved this surgery gone down hill,since all chasing money
Less than useless, impossible to book an appointment and the 4 numbers I have for the office are either switched off or busy, not sure how they can be busy with 10 women there behind the reception but somehow they managed it
