I’ve seen Dr. Madan several times and have consistently been impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and thorough care. What stands out equally is how approachable and easy she is to talk to, which makes appointments feel comfortable rather than clinical or rushed. Her technician was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. And free parking, very nice to have.
Dr. Madan is kind, attentive and well researched. She takes the time to explain the patient's condition and next steps unlike other doctors who would rush you out for their next appointment.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Madan today. After having been dismissed by multiple optometrists for my dry eye concerns, Dr Madan did the most thorough exam I have ever had and gave me a proper diagnosis as well as treatment options. She was very kind, understanding and supportive. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment plan with her and will most definitely been referring her to my friends and family! Thank you so much!
