Shocking medical service. Every appt at least 1 hour delay. This Dr always takes on too much. Today another 2 hours delay for a consultation. Will never be back.

I was referred by a local optometrist to the practise for cataract surgery. I was advised that the wait list at Kurri Kurri hospital was only 8 months. The first consultation was running two hours late and there was no apology for the delay. It has been a year on the waiting list and I finally had surgery last week. I was waiting four hours before being taken to theatre at 6pm after admission at 2pm and a light breakfast at 8am.
