Worst medical practice i ever had experienced. I ordered my partner medication 2 weeks ago and still not received. After calling, lady found IM NOT ORDERED, WHAT IM ASKING. NOW MY PARTNER WITHOUT MEDICATION OVER A WEEK
Such a good Doctors, always pleasant no problems.
They don't even deserve that. What a joke this place is. Really. They always have an excuse that staff at reception. Need to renew my meds. As been trying to call at 8am. This morning apparently closed when it says open on there website. Always had a problem with this place. Its unreliable. If don't they say it's to late. An don't order my meds. They make you wait when they can clearly pick the phone up. The reception don't know what there doing half the time.
I have been under this doctors surgery for some years and they are the best you are never rushed on appointment with the doctor everything always gets explained I just would like to thank them for looking after me ,also I would like to give a big thanks to the great staff on reception I don't have ask my GP they to are always kind and never rush me and always sorts out any problems I have ,even when they say they are going to check something and call me back that always happens ,they are really helpful, and caring nothing is... read more
Everytime I call the reception nothing is ever to much trouble like today christean was fantastic all the staff are the same nothing is ever to much trouble the help you get from the reception staff are the best anyone could wish for I have mental health problem and sometimes I can go on a bit and there always there to listen I am really great full for doctors to have such great staff thanks Robert Clements
