I have only been a patient with Dr. Gill for a couple of years. I find him an excellent person to deal with; he is a doctor that I trust. I believe it is his wife who runs the office and she is a very kind and helpful lady. She is always busy but she is dependable and efficient. I like both of them.

This is a very busy medical office that manages a high volume of patient calls and messages each day. While every effort is made to communicate clearly and professionally, there may be occasional instances where some messages can be quickly given without excess explanations, particularly when call volumes are high. Dr Gill is a fine doctor, however his receptionist is rude and horrible at communicating. She left a msg on our answering machine it was not clear at what time the appointment was at, it was either 11:30 or 10:30. I called to clarify the time and she cut me off saying " I left you a msg with the time" and hung up. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
