Got to say people slate reception I always get a young black guy absolutely above and beyond very polite. As for the gps please name a good one at this surgery because my daughter isn’t listened to ever. Update I eat my words my daughter saw a new Dr Ibrahim who was amazing examined listened took his time let's hope he stays with this surgery
Receptionist staff need to learnt how behave with patient man he has answered the call very rudely he said go to the chemist we haven't any help why the doctor nurse practitioner is sitting in GP if they can't help. It is not happened once it is always receptionist are very rude they are working in health department need to speak very calmly and patiently
Poor surgery. Been with them a while still haven't seen my doctors. They refuse to see you if you have hayfever and a list of all other non life dangerous issues. Two weeks wait when booking if you can get though to book. The nurses are always late and can't provide a simple immunisation jab without making you cry despite saying their professional. Useless place a total waste of time. Customer service only want to get rid of you and ask you to go elsewhere. Don't provide a service to ppl who work and they never heard of goin... read more
