Don’t bother attempting to make an appointment with this office. It’s taken weeks to get an appointment and their team has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Avoid this place at all costs. If it’s this difficult to get in contact with them now, I can’t even imagine how bad it would be post surgery. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more but go see a practice who can provide good service like VSI. This place is an absolute JOKE.

Doctor Justin Smith is able fix and repair when other neurosurgeons tell you to just learn to live with it, people need to understand that no injury will ever be perfect but certain nerves can be removed so you can have a better quality of life as repairs repairs are completed, he has been a blessing to so many Thank You so much Doctor Justin Smith!!!
I wasn't important enough for him to correct my spinal problem. His resume said that he was one of the few Dr's who could repair my spine, but according the message I received from his team. My case wasnt interesting or my insurance wasn't top notch. I'm very disappointed. I drove over 2 hours for office visit and went back for xrays on a Saturday.
Outstanding doctor. Very thorough, kind, polite, and great great follow through on what happens next. He and his staff are amazing.
