Dr Lappen is an excellent dr. He is very attentive, a great listener, and explains things clearly. He shows concern when necessary and does not blow off the little things. He is not judgemental. He is very knowledgeable and has not seemed unsure of himself (which worries me when drs are unsure). I usually see female drs but had to see him due to scheduling conflicts and am very glad I did. I highly recommend him.
