I called this morning (3/26/2026) to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lewis, who has always been incredibly professional. However, I was informed by his front desk associate that they were unable to schedule an appointment for me, and that they would call me back. When she called back, she said that Jessica Riggs, the Office Manager had locked the accounts of myself and my family members because we "had a history of late payments," and that we were "no longer welcome at their practice." Horrible. He’s rude. It’s a waste of time. The first time I called I had to call 3 times. No one answered. Left messages. Got an appointment because I was persistent. After three appointments, waste of time. Two appointments didn’t even touch my toe.
Dr. Lewis is great! He did a thorough job in finding out what was wrong, trying to avoid surgery, but when it was unavoidable, the process was seamless. 10/10
Dr. Justin Lewis is a great physician. I liked that he provided answers to my questions, explained my test results and options. His assistant took images for my orthotics and Dr Lewis tweaked the orthotics order to ensure that the tailored orthotics would work for me. I am not able to walk! Thanks very much.
