This review is mostly about office people and not Doctor Hugo. I had to call and cancel my husband's yearly exam due to a sudden conflict that arose. I called two days before the appointment. The woman on the phone asked if we were rescheduling. Told her I don't know when he can reschedule and would have to call back. She asked if he planned on keeping Dr. Hugo as primary care physician.
