The technicians were punctual and very professional and pleasant. I had 2 bedrooms cleaned. With the exception of a couple of stubborn spots, the carpets look and smell great. I am a return customer, having used this company several times. The drying time was considerably shorter, with their new portable equipment.

The technician who performed the cleaning was both efficient and courteous, and I found the entire process to be free of any complications.
