Dr. Elfrey is an excellent clinician and I hope he continues to participate in MDVIP. I greatly appreciate his care.
My husband and I have been with Dr. Elfrey for quite a few years following him from his former practice to the MDVIP which is 30 minutes further away. He has always been available to us and has helped us through many concerns and slight illnesses. He is a “non judgmental” doctor making you feel your questions and concerns are real always working with his patients to find the best resolve. My dad, 90, was hospitalized with multi organ failure including a heart attack right after Thanksgiving. I had to call Dr. Elfrey's office multiple times to have him check with the hospital. Since my dad has been home again and in hospice Dr. Elfrey has not called him once. It's been a month. Does he even care? It took him 41 days to actually call and check on my dad.
